Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Carelon, CareFirst BCBS VA, Quest Behavioral Health, Kaiser Permanente in VA, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare. Licensed in New York and Virginia. PsyPact credentialed to provide Telehealth Services in 43 States.

Cash Payment for Testing: (If you choose to pay in full)
Depending on the number of assessments required. We will discuss what is needed in full before any amount is billed. You will know the total price ahead of time. 50% is due at the intake session (not the introduction/discussion phone call), 25% is due at the first testing session, and 25% is due when the report is sent. 

Bariatric Evaluation: $450
IVF Evaluation: $800 - $1,200
Pain Pump or Spinal Cord Stimulator: $600 - $850
Neuropsychological Testing: $3,000–$6,000
ADHD/Learning Disabilities: $1,500–$4,600
Trauma PTSD Evaluation: $2,000 - $2,800

Insurance MAY cover your assessments, we will discuss the tests necessary and we will talk to the Insurance companies to see what is covered.
