Insurance MAY cover your assessments, we will discuss the tests necessary and we will talk to the Insurance companies to see what is covered. 

Bariatric Evaluation: $450
IVF Evaluation: $800 - $1,200
Pain Pump or Spinal Cord Stimulator: $300 - $550
Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations: $3,500–$5,000
Neuropsychological Testing: $3,000–$6,000
ADHD/Learning Disabilities: $1,500–$4,600
Trauma PTSD Evaluation: $2,000 - $2,800
*Sliding scale pricing is available.

What you are paying for: 

Initial consultation 60-90 min: Listening to your story, your concerns, your questions. This is not small talk—it's clinical data gathering.
Test selection 2-4 hours: Choosing the right tools for your specific questions. There is no one-size-fits-all battery.
Testing sessions 4-8 hours: Administering standardized tasks, often one-on-one, carefully following protocols that ensure accuracy.
Scoring 4-8 hours: Hand-scoring complex protocols, checking for errors, calculating statistics by hand or with specialized software.
Interpretation 6-10 hours: Integrating test data with your history, your context, and clinical knowledge. This is where the expertise matters most.
Report writing 8-10 hours: Crafting a document that is accurate, useful, readable, and tailored to your needs (school, work, doctor, or just you).
Feedback session 60 min: Sitting with you to explain findings, answer questions, and make a plan for next steps.
Consultation (as needed):  Phone calls or emails with schools, doctors, to get a fuller picture of the issues and, if requested, answer any questions/concerns/clarifications of results for them.

Total professional time: 30-70 hours per assessment.
